1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 6oklotto ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 6oklotto website located at https://6oklotto.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 6oklotto.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 6oklotto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 6oklotto, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 6oklotto Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 6oklotto or any relevant regulatory authority.

6oklotto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 6oklotto Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

The following conditions apply to your 6oklotto account:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active player account on the 6oklotto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account ownership: Your 6oklotto account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC verification: 6oklotto operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Philippine Peso accounts: All 6oklotto player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP only.

6oklotto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6oklotto account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Do not access your 6oklotto account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• You must notify 6oklotto customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• 6oklotto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

6oklotto employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and additional security measures to protect your account and personal data. However, no online system is entirely immune to security risks, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation.

5 Deposits & Payments

6oklotto accepts deposits via a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, and other approved channels. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 6oklotto account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• 6oklotto does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 6oklotto accepts no responsibility.
• 6oklotto reserves the right to request verification of your payment method before processing any deposit or withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account and used for wagering.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the lawful owner of the payment account used.

6 Withdrawals

6oklotto is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally completed within minutes of processing.
• 6oklotto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 6oklotto may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

6oklotto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 6oklotto reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or spin may apply. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6oklotto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 6oklotto Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All slot games, table games, and live dealer games on 6oklotto use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures that have been independently audited for fairness.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account.
• 6oklotto's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. 6oklotto is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's own network or device.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6oklotto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while registered on any exclusion list.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 6oklotto staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

10 Responsible Gaming

6oklotto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality checks: You may enable session time notifications that remind you of how long you have been playing.
• Age restriction: 6oklotto strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6oklotto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of 6oklotto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 6oklotto.
• Use any 6oklotto trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6oklotto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 6oklotto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6oklotto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

6oklotto collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6oklotto complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

6oklotto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 6oklotto customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 6oklotto Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 6oklotto customer support. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the above process.

6oklotto's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described above.
